Daily Training & Conditioning
Our students receive daily training in athletics and fitness from certified staff. In our annual survey of sports, students learn and practice a new sport every two weeks along with daily team sport practices. This thorough athletic training keeps instruction fresh and engages students in new aspects of theory, strategy, and sportsmanship.
